This is the site of an assisted living compound. Presently our office is engaged in their additions of separate cottages and additions to their existing one or two story apartments.
I have worked with this client for more than 20 years, completing projects that I Master-Planned for their 16-acre property and consulting with their Board as to their ongoing building program.
The Master Plan projects 22 separate cottages, of which 7 have been built. Cottages range in size from 840 sq. ft. to 1,520 sq. ft. with attached one-car garages.
A new two-story, 20 unit apartment was recently completed and is attached to existing buildings by a bridge.
Presently we are consulting on future cottage and addition requirements, like water, power, waste, security, gas and electricity.
We monitor other amenities, which include an aviary, rest seating in gazebos, picnic area, maintenance shop, shuffleboard courts, and walking paths.
