Construction Notes from John:
This small health care facility is for specialized, high-end care for non-ambulatory patients.
The building is located in a residential, multi-family area and needed to be designed so that the proposed building would be compatible with the surrounding architecture.
The brick facade with arched openings gives the building a warm and inviting feeling.
Entry into the building is through a well landscaped, water-feature patio.
The lobby is residentially designed in character, to put the entering patients and heir families at ease and comfortable.
